Renovation of existing 60,000 SF building shell to use 10,000 to 12,000 SF for Community Center within pre-existing space. Remaining space to be reserved for future projects. Components will include a meeting area, office, computer lab and warming kitchen for catering services. Porte-cochere included in the project.
