This is a historically significant building located in Downtown Orlando. This project consists of a complete renovation of the hardscape, landscape and reorganization of the parking lot that is sensitive to the character of the historic design aesthetic. The hardscape renovation was necessary due to much needed ADA compliant upgrades.
