Mech-Tech Institute is an automotive technical college out of Puerto Rico. In order to advance their success, Mech-Tech opened their first facility in the United States and chose their first campus to be in Orlando, Florida. A former car dealership was transformed into the new Mech-Tech Institute. Partnered with BHM Architecture, Inc., Advanced Structural Design assisted in building a new administration building, student registration building, and necessary classrooms. Additionally, ASD worked on other rehabilitation projects on the previous structure.
