This project consists of 330 Units with and amenities that include an expansive clubhouse with 20′ ceilings, lakeside veranda, poolside gourmet kitchen, a fully equipped athletic health club, storage units and more. With the challenge of 20% of the site needing to be dedicated to water retention, large building footprints were developed to maximize the number of apartments oriented to the view of the water.
